Itinerary:

Day 1:

  • Departure from the hotel at 6:00 A.M. to start our Desert trip heading to Fayoum Oasis (The biggest And most beautiful Oasis in the world), 70 Kilometers South west of Cairo. Then we start our off road trip heading towards Dir Abu Lifa caves, (we climb up the mountain to Discover these caves dates to the 4th century since The Roman persecution era) back for tea and some Biscuits.
  • Then we drive along Caroun lake 40 kilometers to the west in the sand stone plateau of Gebel Atrani to visit Kasr El Sagha (well preserved Pharonic Temple discovered in 1801)
  • We drive 20 kilometers south to Demeh El Sebah ( An old Pharonic temple and reuines dedicated to theGod Sobic).
  • Drive to El Medawara for a swim in the lake and Enjoy lunch in this fasinating spot overlooking the Lake and the Oasis from the top of the mountain.
  • We drive west through the sand valleyes to reach our camp.
  • Dinner on campfire, overnight.

Day 2:

Drive south west to the last peak of Caroun lake to Reach the paved road then drive for 60 kilometers To reach the lakes of Wadi El Rayan to start our Next off road trip going to a monastery in the middle Of the desert, ( This monastery is unknown to the Public even in Egypt, 2 hermets are living there in Caves and self sufficient). We spend the day with Them and pray in the caves since the Roman Persecution era , and eat lunch. -Then we drive down the valley going to the natural Springs, overnight camp.

Day 3:

  • Drive to Wadi El Rayan for a swim in this beautiful Lakes and enjoy barbecue on the beach.
  • We drive along the agriculture road through the Farms in the Oasis and drink some tea in one of the Gardens .
  • Drive on the desert road going to Cairo .
  • Arrive in Cairo around 6:00 P.M.

  1. Vehicles: All our desert safaris are conducted by equipped 4x4 Toyota Land Cruisers.
  2. Food: All our desert excursions are full board. We have breakfast before leaving the night camp, then we eat lunch during the course of our tour, and at night we cook dinner around the camp fire, with the help of our participants to cook and clean up.
  3. Guides: Our guides are very well experienced and trained to face any trouble happening during the trip.
    • They are medically trained for adventure trips to provide medical treatment if needed.
    • They speak your language perfectly well.
    • They know a lot about the desert and they explain the visited areas' botany, geology, history, nature, and geography, and you can ask them as many questions as you want.
  4. Snacks: We offer you: water, tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits, and chips on your request at any time during the day even in the Jeep or on a camel's back.
  5. Equipment:
    • Most trips are equipped with GPS, not to show the way through the desert, but only to provide altitudes, direction and speed of the Jeep.
    • We provide all our trips with a professional cook and cooking equipment.
    • We also provide you with extra washing water before and after the meals.
    • We take extra Gasoline tanks that can hold more than 40 litters.
    • We offer you Sleeping bags, Blankets and Mattresses at night.
    • We Provide our 1 Day tour with an Ice Box Filled with Ice Cubes and soft drinks.
